WAIT STAFF REQUIRED
We are seeking waiters with some experience & a little wine knowledge or interest in wine for employment in our restaurant. Only those with a genuine passion for working with people, food & wine should apply. Training will be provided if we feel you have potential but dont have the necesarry experience. We open for five dinners and lunch on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday & Monday.
You will need to have an RSA ( Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate in order to work for us or be in the process of obtaining one.

SOUS CHEF REQUIRED
Simonn is seeking a right hand man or lady to assist with the running of our small team. This is very much a hands on role. You will run the pass and oversee the entire daily kitchen routine with Simonn's guidence. This means being accountable, observant, a great communicator, very well organised, clean & tidy and most importantly PASSIONATE about executing our menu to the very best of your ability. We are probably unable to sponsor any more staff at present so you must be a permanent resident in order to apply or have a visa that allows you to work for at least 18 months.
